We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Sales Executive for our sanitaryware and electrical showroom. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by promoting our products and services to customers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sales and a proven track record of achieving sales targets in a retail environment. You should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
Key responsibilities include:
• Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, providing expert advice and guidance on our range of sanitaryware and electrical products.
• Demonstrate products to customers and highlight key features and benefits, ensuring they are fully informed before making a purchase decision.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by upselling products, cross-selling additional items, and closing sales effectively.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards at all times, dealing with any customer queries or complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure the showroom is always well-stocked, clean, and presentable, with all products properly labeled and priced.
Qualifications and experience required:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in a retail environment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with customers.
• Basic knowledge of electrical and sanitaryware products, with the ability to learn quickly and keep up-to-date with new product releases.
• Fluency in English is a must, and knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
