Handle online sales on multiples e-commerce platforms - Big Basket, Swiggy, Blinkit, etc
• Solving customer queries from these platforms, keeping them updated on our products/offers/services
• Create suitable quotes, follow-ups, and Negotiations as required.
• Ability to self-start with limited supervision
• Understanding customer needs and identifying other sales Opportunities.
• Understanding compliance requirements & keeping the team updated
• Maintaining Daily Reports
