We are looking for a Part time sales associate for our consulting firm. As a part-time sales associate for a consulting firm, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads and convert them into clients. You will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth for the company. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in building relationships with potential clients and understanding their needs.
Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, online platforms, and referrals.
Engage with prospective clients to understand their business challenges and goals. Showcase the firm's consulting services and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
Conduct consultative sales discussions and presentations to educate clients about the benefits of the consulting services offered. Highlight the value proposition and address any concerns or objections.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Foster long-term partnerships by understanding their evolving needs and delivering solutions accordingly.
Collaborate with the consulting team to develop tailored proposals and presentations that align with the client's requirements and objectives. Ensure timely delivery of proposals and follow-up to secure new business opportunities.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in the company's CRM system. Provide regular reports and updates to the sales manager.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Identify potential areas of growth and contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, preferably in the consulting industry or a related field.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients.
The results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
