3. Sales Achievement : Meet or exceed sales targets by actively promoting products, cross-selling, and upselling. Utilize your sales skills and product knowledge to provide exceptional service and create a sense of exclusivity and luxury for customers.
4. Customer Service Excellence : Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by delivering personalized service, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing after-sales support.
Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the store.
5. Visual Merchandising Support : Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to maintain an aesthetically pleasing and organized store layout.
Assist with product displays, ensuring that they reflect the brand image and highlight the unique features of each piece.
6. Events and Promotions : Participate in special events, trunk shows, and promotional activities to attract new customers and engage existing clients.
Actively contribute to the planning and execution of these initiatives.
7. Inventory Management : Assist in inventory control and management, including stock replenishment, pricing, and conducting regular stock counts.
Ensure accurate and efficient handling of jewelry pieces and maintain proper security measures.
8. Knowledge of Market Trends : Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the luxury jewelry industry. Provide feedback to the management team on market insights, customer preferences, and potential opportunities.
