Designation: Sales Associate - Inbound
Type: Full-time
Location: Aundh, Pune
Qualification: Degree in a marketing-related field
Experience: Fresher or candidates with 1 years of experience
Responsibilities:
• Actively Contacting potential clients via email or phone to build rapport and close deals
• Engaging with leads/clients over chat, resolve queries, pitch product details to ensure conversion
• Use CRM efficiently and follow-up regularly to maintain a healthy sales pipeline
• Research client base to find new customers across potential markets and initiate business collaborations
• Work closely with the Operations Team to ensure effective delivery to the client
• Provide customer support to leads and clients over chat and call
Desired Profile:
• Someone English Proficiency - spoken and written
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of MS Excel as well as working in Google Sheets
• Good typing speed
• Candidates must be self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to complete demanding tasks.
Salary: As per industry standards.
Work Schedule: 5 days a week, rotational shifts as shown below:
• Asia: 6:45 AM to 2:45 PM
• UK: 2:45 PM to 10:45 PM
• US: 10:45 PM to 6:45 AM
