Key Responsibilities:

- Actively participate in visual merchandising by arranging and restocking products to maintain an organized and visually appealing store environment.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market competition, and customer preferences.
- Contribute to maintaining the overall cleanliness and tidiness of the store.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant education or coursework is a plus.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service and creating positive shopping experiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic math skills and proficiency in using a POS system.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required.
- Knowledge of MUJI's philosophy and product offerings is advantageous.
