Our B2B Store is where the ultimate magic of CellnTell comes to life, and our Sales Associates are vital to delivering customer service that offers a distinctive shopping experience and drives sales results.

What you will be doing:
Responsible for maintaining and growing existing key B2B accounts
Increase B2B customer portfolio through cold calls and creative marketing means
Growing revenue from existing and new accounts, win backs, through upsell/cross-sell
Act as the main point of contact for walk-in customers
Through constant learning, stay up to date about relevant trends and technical and marketing innovations in the industry
Work with the Inventory team to ensure order accuracy, timely processing ,and delivery
Analyze customer data to identify preferences and trends
Responsible for analyzing order placement, pricing, and quantities for itemized products
Deliver exceptional customer service
Assist in the receiving, storage, and security of inventory as and when required
Open the store at the specified time, maintain and organize the sales floor, and ensure cleanliness
What we are looking for:
Education/Experience: 3-5 years of retail or other equivalent sales experience required. Telecom-related sales experience a definite asset. A bachelor’s degree would be considered an asset.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to read, write, and interpret instructional documents such as operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively communicate with customers, peers, and management. Ability to communicate via email, WhatsApp/Telegram with professional formats and business etiquette.
Native Language proficiency and fluency in the following languages are essential: English, Urdu/Hindi, and Punjabi. Proficiency in French a very strong asset.
Mathematical Skills: Basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Ability to use a calculator and calculate percentages and ratios. Must be able to make change in Canadian monetary units.
End user competency: in Google Suite (Docs/Sheets), MS Office, Digital platforms.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to multitask, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business. Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision.
Physical Demands: This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. Vision abilities include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Involves lifting at least 30 lbs.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Must be eligible to legally work in Canada.

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
