We’re Hiring: Sales Associate & Event Host (Charm Bar & Permanent Jewelry)
Location: Calgary, AB | In-store & Event-based
Job Type: Part-time | Flexible Schedule | Evenings & Weekends Required
What You’ll Be Doing: In-Store:
Create unforgettable customer experiences, from warm welcomes to perfect purchases
Help guests choose meaningful pieces at our Charm Bar and assemble custom jewelry
Get trained as a Permanent Jewelry Artist (we’ll teach you the art of welding!)
Assist with shop operations: opening/closing, inventory, merchandising, and keeping the space sparkling
Provide excellent customer service with a positive, can-do attitude
Mobile Events (Optional):
Travel to private events, pop-ups, and parties to host Charm Bar and Permanent Jewelry experiences
Set up displays, tools, and equipment at venues, then pack up afterward
Guide guests through jewelry selection and fittings, creating a fun, interactive vibe
Represent the Lylas brand with warmth, professionalism, and creativity
Please Note: Mobile Events have a separate pay structure to reflect additional travel, setup, and event responsibilities. Travel to and from event locations is paid.

You have flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
You have a reliable vehicle and are comfortable traveling to events (if you opt into event hosting)
