Sales Associate - Doncaster

We are currently seeking retail professionals who wants to combine their passion for customer service with working for an Iconic Australian retailer, in our Doncaster store. The role will see you working as part of a team supporting Store Management to create a profitable business.

The ideal candidates will have experience working for a footwear or premium fashion retailer and will be responsible for the following:

Providing customer care by welcoming and equipping them with product knowledge, expert advice and a memorable store experience

Actively selling products and developing relationships with new and existing customers

Providing follow up and after sales care to customers

Assisting the Store Manager with daily tasks

Working towards achieving sales targets and KPIs

Ensure the store is kept presentable and in-line with Visual Merchandising standards to maximise sales potential

Skills and Experience:

At least 1 year experience within a fashion or footwear retailer

Proven ability to meet and contribute to sales targets

Ability to learn quickly and develop exceptional product knowledge across our range of fashion, footwear and accessories

Excellent communication skills when interacting with customers, managers and coworkers
