About this Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Associate, Executive Program Engagement. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating both warm and cold outreach via phone and email and running a full sales cycle. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The opportunity is based in ADAPTs Sydney head office with options to also work from home partially.

What you will do
Identify and drive new decision makers to attend our executive programs and join the ADAPT community
Conduct cold calls to prospective clients using a provided list or generated leads
Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our offerings to address prospect pain points
Build rapport with prospects to establish trust and credibility
Overcome objections and address concerns to move prospects through the sales pipeline.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system (Salesforce)
Continuously refine and improve cold calling techniques based on feedback and results.
Measure results through regular KPI tracking
Master and consistently execute ADAPT’s sales methodology
What you will need
At least 1-2 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in the IT or technology industry
Experience interacting with senior-level executives
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to network and build relationships with clients
Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen
Highly motivated and results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
Australian citizenship or valid work permit
