Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Associate to join our team!
This is a part-time opportunity (3-5shifts per week). Weekend availability on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays is required.
Our ideal candidate has:
A genuine passion for fashion, design, and current style trends.
Proven experience in retail sales, ideally in a boutique or upscale fashion environment. Experience with similar products, styles, and premium brands is a strong asset.
Strong customer service skills and ability to build meaningful client relationships.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Post-secondary education in fashion or a related field is a bonus, but not required.
What You'll Do:
Provide an elevated and personalized shopping experience to each customer.
Maintain a beautiful, organized, and welcoming store environment.
Support merchandising, inventory, and client outreach activities as needed.
Be a true brand ambassador for Bella & Wren.
