POS and billing system proficiency
Inventory management and stock replenishment awareness
Coordinating with tailors/alterations team for fit perfection

Roles and Responsibilities
Manage floor operations, ensuring excellent customer service and sales performance.
Oversee boutique management, including inventory control, visual merchandising, and stock replenishment.
Develop strong relationships with customers through personalized interactions and product knowledge.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of store appearance.
Ensure operational efficiency by implementing effective processes and procedures.
