Sales Associate for Home Furnishing

We are looking for a Sales Associate for top home furnishing brand.

Job Profile:

Responsible for maintaining high customer service standards, closing orders & providing after sales service.

Greeting & assisting customers while checking the Customers requirements.

Displaying Samples & Catalogues as per the customers’ preference.

Coordination with the warehouse for Stock updates, order follow ups, etc.

Analysis of customer feedback & suggesting improvements to the Store Manager.

Preparing Sale Contracts, punching orders, track deliveries, etc.

Requirement:

Any graduate

2-4 years relevant experience

Should be presentable and good communication Skills.
