2. Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, to convey information about our services

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through exceptional interpersonal skills

4. Conduct presentations and public speaking engagements to showcase our educational offerings

5. Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets

6. Keep up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to better position Zell Education in the market

7. Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
