Job Title: Business Development Associates
Salary: 6 LPA (4.2 LPA Fixed + 1.8 LPA Incentives)
Requirement: -
Scope: Exceed targets for New Sales, Referrals or Renewals, in an individual contributor role
Working days: 5 working days with 2 day-off (Sat-Sun)
Shifts (subject to change): shift hour will be +:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Mandatory Language Fluency: English, Hindi/Local language
Laptop: candidates to use their own laptops
Qualifications & Experience:
• Proven track record of exceeding targets as a Sales professional with 1 year of experience in Sales
• Overall experience must not be more than 4-5 years create weightage
• Fluency in English and Hindi/Local language, ability and willingness to deliver in a high-pressure environment
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
• Comfortable with changing shift timings so that we may serve our customers better
• Comfortable with exceeding work timing based on process need
• Minimum Qualification – Graduation or 2 years of diploma with 12th Pass
• Working knowledge of Salesforce, spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets), and PowerPoint
• Immediate joiners are preferred. Must have 1 month or less notice period
• Open to travel extensively within the city for conducting appointments, two-wheeler mandatory for the role
