Job Description
We are an early-stage edtech startup offering personalized online IELTS classes to students pursuing a career abroad or professionals looking for migrating to foreign countries. We enable students to achieve higher bands through lower student-tutor ratios, casual organizational culture, and by providing a fun and enjoyable learning experience.
We are a small remote team based out of Kochi and scaling outside of Kerala. We are looking for a driven and ambitious 'Sales Ninja' to join our growing team in supporting new students from all parts of India and routinely backup for our Malayalam speaking Sales reps.
What will you be doing:
Calling inbound and outbound leads and selling our courses
Responding to leads and students through WhatsApp and other social media channels
Documenting and reporting lead information on CRMs
Conduct smooth onboarding of students and clarify any doubts they might have regarding our classes
Liaising with teachers to schedule classes and ensuring students are well taken care of
What are we looking for:
Strong communication skills - you love talking to people and can build a good rapport with anyone
Problem-Solving skills - you are solution oriented with a “can-do” attitude
Good command of English, Hindi & Malayalam
Tech savvy - open to learning and using Excel, CRMs, Service desk softwares, and collaboration tools like Slack
Previous Experience in Sales, Customer Service, or any client-facing role (is a plus)
Prior knowledge or experience in language tests, study abroad, and the education industry (is a plus)
