• Maintaining proper database and ensure daily reports and stock update
• Generating the quotations / sales prices / excels / client presentations
• Managing clients and ensuring high quality customer service and handling queries
• Ensure to follow set format for quotations and order forms
• Backend MIS reporting
• Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers’ expectations and company’s objectives
• Managing inventory of products.
• Tracking sales to monitor the performance of each core product.
