Client Acquisition:Identify potential clients, including buyers and sellers, in the Jewar, Delhi NCR region.
Develop and maintain a network of leads through various methods, such as referrals, marketing initiatives, and local outreach.
Property Marketing:Create compelling property listings that showcase the unique features of each property.
Utilize various marketing channels, such as online listings, social media, and local events, to promote properties effectively.
Client Consultation:Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their preferences, needs, and financial capabilities.
Offer expert guidance and advice on the local real estate market and the property transaction process.
Property Showings:Schedule and conduct property showings for potential buyers.
Ensure properties are presented attractively to capture the interest of prospective buyers.
Negotiation and Transaction Management:Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients.
Oversee the transaction process, ensuring that all required paperwork and legal obligations are met.
Market Research:Stay well-informed about market trends, property values, and the competitive landscape in the Jewar, Delhi NCR real estate market.
