Process sales transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking merchandise and arranging displays.
Provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries regarding products, promotions, and store policies.
Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service.
Assist in inventory management tasks, including receiving shipments and conducting stock counts.
Skills
Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail.
Proven ability in upselling and driving retail sales.
Experience with cashiering and operating POS systems.
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
