Specializing in exotic vehicles, we offer advanced services like paint correction, ceramic coating, tinting, and wrapping and PPF catering to high-end clients who expect nothing but perfection.

What's Your Part in This?
This is not your typical retail or desk sales job. EvoLab sales associates operate with freedom, responsibility, and performance expectations. You’ll be engaging with potential clients in person, on-site, in luxury zones, or through creative digital strategies (available for female candidates).
What Are My Responsibilities?
You will not be micromanaged. You will be judged strictly by one thing: results.
Client Acquisition & Outreach
Engage high-income neighbourhoods, businesses, and communities using field sales techniques (zone-based territory outreach)
Execute face-to-face engagement with luxury vehicle owners and potential clients
Book and close same-day details with confidence and urgency
Generate leads through in-person campaigns, personal networks, social referrals, and more
Sales Execution & Closing
Deliver concise, high-conviction sales pitchesthat lead to same-day closes
Convert cold interest into paid bookings — we don’t reward effort, only outcomes
Follow up with prospects until the sale is secured — no ghosting, no "maybes"
Hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly quotas— consistently
Present EvoLab services as luxury essentials, not optional expenses
Sell results, not just packages — restore the pride of car owners through premium care
Obsess over closing: "They either book or they don’t — there is no in-between"
Performance Ownership
Keep your close rate high — weak conversion = coaching or replacement
Submit daily reports on leads, sales, obstacles, and wins
Participate in performance reviews and ranking systems — you're either climbing or declining
Be on the lookout for market opportunities, new areas, and untapped verticals
Brand Representation
Dress, speak, and act like the face of a luxury brand
Maintain a composed, professional, and elite appearance at all times
Educate clients on the EvoLab difference — and create a long-term loyalty impression
Represent EvoLab at events, meets, condos, or anywhere our clientele lives and drives
Optional (Female-Track Sales Path)
Run inbound funnels through social media: IG, TikTok, Facebook
Build a consistent, visually appealing presence to funnel appointments
Target condo boards, property managers, and women-led communities for bulk partnerships
Convert digital attention into paid bookings — creativity must convert

What Do We Need From You?
Sales or client-facing experience preferred
Fluent in English
Must have reliable transportation
Must be available for Weekday shift availability
Must be self-motivated and accountable for performance, not just attendance
