Retailing: - Visit every retailers according to assigned beats and schedules To ensure distribution objectives are achieved as per sales plan Follow standard order taking process Meet sales KPIs as assigned Scheme and Retailers’ incentives Execution: - Implement the sales scheme and incentives at retail points Retailer enrolment and retentions: - adding the new retailer and the system and retail existing Merchandising: - Conduct BTL activities and display products as per guidelines Periodically evaluate trade information to drive improvements (outlets updating, Competitors analysis,throughput analysis)
