Responsibilities for Sales Manager: (Female Candidate Preferred)
Job Description
• Developing the Sales Plan for different Wedevelopment projects at hand
• Creating tie-ups with Sales and Marketing agencies
• Plan & Conceptualize Sales strategies.
Conducting competitor analysis for each project by keeping a close view of market trends.
• Keeping abreast of market trends to obtain intelligence reports regarding competition and facilitating the formulation of strategies to counter competition.
• Provide the necessary support to the agencies in Closing deals with customers and ensuring after sales services are carried off properly.
• Activating Loyalty, Referrals and Channel Partners to generate regular business.
• Awareness of government policies processes & transaction procedures.
Regularly report achievements versus target forecasts for each project to the Senior Management Team
• Developing pre-launch and after sales strategies and processes to maintain cordial relations.
• Redressing client’s grievances and complaints.
• Work closely with marketing agencies in designing the various campaigns / activities and provide required support.
Requirements
● Fluency in English, Hindi & Marathi required
● Ability to manage work through different agencies
● Has played a management role wherein getting work done through different people
● Has a strong experience in real estate sales and has handled a strategic planning and decision making position for various ticket sizes.
● Should be able to connect with customers of any age group and community and able to explain the concept to them
● Should be ready to work on public holidays, if required
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to make presentations, address medium sized groups, hold consultative discussions
● Strong analytical and quantitative skills (comfort with finance will be an advantage)
● Ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders and build collaborative solutions
● Preferably 5 to 7 years of full-time work experience in strategy/ operations/ sales role (exceptional candidates with less experience may be considered for the Associate role)
