As a Sales Associate, you'll help create amazing shopping experiences and boost sales in our boutiques. The skills you gain here open doors – from a successful retail career to growth opportunities with our content team.
THE ROLES As a Sales Associate, you will:
Welcome clients and match them with the perfect outfits
Share your styling knowledge of Indian and fusion fashion
Create memorable shopping moments for our clients
Process sales accurately and efficiently
Keep our boutique looking beautiful and organized
Help with inventory and product displays
Work with your team to meet store goals
THE QUALIFICATIONS Meena Bazaar Canada Sales Associates have:
2+ years in retail or sales, South Asian fashion experience is a plus
Proficiency in cashiering and cash handling procedures
Fluent in English and Hindi or Punjabi
Knowledge of Indian culture in fashion
Familiarity with POS systems and retail operations
Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on building client relationships
A personal sense of style
A proactive approach to learning about new products and staying updated on fashion trends
Team player attitude
