Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales (Backend & Frontend) professional located in Gurugram. The candidate will be responsible for managing sales activities, providing customer service, conducting training sessions, and overseeing sales management. Daily tasks include engaging with clients, delivering product demonstrations, tracking sales metrics, and developing sales strategies to achieve targets.
Qualifications
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales experience and ability to develop new business
• Experience in Training and educating clients and team members
• Proficiency in Sales Management and strategy development
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the HVAC and IAQ industry is a Plus
