Javis Entertainment is looking for a dynamic Sales & Business Development Manager (Event & Artist Management) to drive revenue growth and business opportunities for our artists. This role requires an individual with a strong sales acumen, deep industry knowledge, and exceptional networking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Secure live gigs, brand endorsements, collaborations, and strategic partnerships.
Develop and manage relationships with promoters, booking agents, record labels, and media professionals.
Oversee and execute sales strategies to maximize artist bookings and event revenue.
Negotiate contracts and close deals for live performances, corporate events, and private shows.
Collaborate with internal teams to align artist branding and business development strategies.
Monitor industry trends to identify new revenue opportunities and growth avenues.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales within the music, entertainment, or events industry.
Strong network of industry contacts, including event organizers, brands, and agencies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and drive results.
