Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Development and Sales Manager to help us expand our reach and grow our customer base. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a demonstrable track record of achieving targets.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at potential and existing clients
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Develop and manage a sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets
• Negotiate and close deals with clients
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, including forecasts, budgets, and results
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation
• Keep abreast of industry trends and competition to identify new sales opportunities
• Schedule and conduct product demos (online & offline), product presentations
• Create proposals for visited facilities
• Maintain consistent contact and provide sales and service to all (Business Facilities) in his specific assigned Region.
• Assist in managing monthly/quarterly/annual sales budgets and objectives within your Region.
• Identify and track all industry trends and issues, i.e. - natural and retail growth, distributor changes, opportunities, segment variations, etc.
• Provide feedback to management from key channel partners and customers.
• Ability to create new avenues

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools is a plus
• Prior experience in the energy management or IoT industries is a plus.
• Should be a graduate
• 2-5 years of sales experience
• Passion for Sales
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills

Remuneration:
1. Fixed Salary: 40,000-50,000/-
2. Incentives: Estimated +0,000/- per month (estimate is based on currently current market traction)
