Javis Entertainment is looking for a dynamic Sales & Business Development Manager (Event & Artist Management) to drive revenue growth and business opportunities for our artists. This role requires an individual with a strong sales acumen, deep industry knowledge, and exceptional networking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Secure live gigs, brand endorsements, collaborations, and strategic partnerships.
• Develop and manage relationships with promoters, booking agents, record labels, and media professionals.
• Oversee and execute sales strategies to maximize artist bookings and event revenue.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals for live performances, corporate events, and private shows.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align artist branding and business development strategies.
• Monitor industry trends to identify new revenue opportunities and growth avenues.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales within the music, entertainment, or events industry.
• Strong network of industry contacts, including event organizers, brands, and agencies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and drive results.
• Passion for live entertainment and artist management.
