Position: Sales Executive

Company: USK BALAJI PLAST PVT. LTD.

Location: Mumbai

Salary Range: ₹25,000 - ₹50,000 in hand per month

Maximum Working Experience: 3-5 years

Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Corporate Sales Executive to join our team at USK BALAJI PLAST PVT. LTD. in Mumbai. As a Corporate Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in the plastic packaging solutions market.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and reach out to potential corporate clients and decision-makers.

- Present and propose our products and services to align with their needs and requirements.

- Engage in negotiations to secure contracts and successfully close sales deals with key accounts.

- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing customers, offering after-sales support as needed.

- Meet and exceed sales targets, providing regular reports on sales performance.

- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis.

- Participate in industry-specific trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

- Proven track record as a corporate sales executive or in a similar role within the plastic packaging industry.

- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

- Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused.

- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

- Fluency in both English and Hindi.
