We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to spearhead the growth of our EDC & Soundbox business across multiple locations.

Main Responsibilities:

• Drive distribution and market share expansion in designated areas

• Deploy and sell EDC & Soundbox extensively

• Lead and manage a sales team to drive business in the market

• Cultivate coaching and mentoring skills to implement new ideas and concepts

• Plan market size, span, and geographies for Field Sales Executives

• Communicate plans and targets effectively to the team

• Maintain quality parameters and conduct audits on acquisitions and sales

• Ensure team members are in the market regularly for sales and usage

• Nurture good networking capabilities with extensive travel throughout specified areas

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles

• Excellent coaching and mentoring skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to travel extensively

• Proven track record of growing sales and market share
