ABOUT US
Our story started with one man and one home. Back in 1+4+, our founder Gary Simonds built his first ever home for his Mum in Melbourne’s west. We’ve cemented an enduring legacy, built strong foundations and forged through seven decades as one of Australia’s leading ASX listed volume home builders. This guiding vision continues to drive our commitment to providing quality and affordable homes for families at all stages of life.
Our homes are built for the community, by the community, with our local network of employees, trades and suppliers all working towards this vision as One Simonds. It is this passion, dedication and excellence that you’ll find on every Simonds job site, office environment and display centre across the country.
