Key Responsibilities:
· Make outbound calls to qualified leads and prospective clients daily, as provided by the business development team.
· Clearly explain company services, engage clients, handle basic queries, and push for conversion into live deals.
· Track and follow up on prospects until closure, maintaining accurate call logs and lead status.
· Coordinate proposals, documentation, and meeting schedules with internal teams.
· Act as the first point of contact for new clients until handover to the execution team.
· Maintain essential data in CRM, share regular progress reports, and refine outreach strategy.
