Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
• Handle cash, credit card and mobile payment transactions with precision.
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier station to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, exchanges, and returns.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and loss prevention.
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a cashier in a retail environment, preferably within the luxury retail industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in using POS systems and basic computer skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours when required.
• Knowledge of luxury fashion brands and trends is a plus.
