Taking charge of Weekly and Monthly Sales Reporting.
Maintaining opportunities and Account Details in CRM.
Providing support to the Sales Team for Proposal Building.
Coordination with field engineer and customer
Handling the Quotations Proposals, payment recovery.
Solving their Queries, as per the Product Information Required.
Keep the Track of Sales Orders , Reporting to concern Head,
Manage service operations
Assign complaints to engineers,
Track resolutions and maintain service records.
Responsibilities include scheduling service visits, Quote AMC to customers, let them know importance of AMC
Updating reports, following up on complaints, and managing repair logs.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are required.
Prior experience in customer service or help desk roles is preferred.
