To Provides superior guidance, mentoring, coaching and feedback for the Sales Associates to strengthen their overall sales performance ?
Ensures coachings are completed in a fair and timely manner ?
Must continue to be well-versed in and knowledgeable of all products and services, procedures and policies ?
Understand goals and identify/bridge gaps in performance, productivity and quality at both the individual and team level ?
To expand customer value propositions through utilization of self service options, improved technical knowledge/support and resolution of customer issues/requests ?
Respond promptly to inbound calls emphasizing a focus to assist in achieving service level and sales targets Candidates should be flexible with shift timings (24/7) Immediate joiners & candidates with max. 30days of notice can apply
