Launch your leadership career with our comprehensive 3-month Community Relations Associate In-Training (CRAIT) program. This immersive experience provides the skills and knowledge you need to excel as a Senior Living Community Relations Associate/Sales Leader. Learn directly from an experienced Belmont Village Community Relations Associate Preceptor at one of our vibrant assisted living and memory care communities, gradually increasing your responsibilities as you grow.

Our structured program combines on-the-job shadowing, a comprehensive skills checklist, self-paced online modules, leadership assessments, and hands-on experience. You'll be guided by your preceptor and the program administrator, developing both technical expertise and essential leadership skills. Successful completion prepares you to apply for Community Relations Associate positions at Belmont Village. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Comprehensive Rotational Training: You'll receive comprehensive, hands-on training in all aspects of community sales and relations, guided by an experienced mentor. This rotational program will teach you how to conduct informative tours, present our services and pricing, build relationships with referral sources, maintain accurate contact lists, organize and participate in marketing events, stay informed about competitors, and adhere to budgets, all while representing Belmont Village's mission and values.

Structured Mentorship and Feedback: Your progress will be supported through regular communication with the Program Administrator and Executive Director Preceptor. This includes monthly meetings, ongoing feedback, self-evaluations, and progress reports, ensuring you receive the guidance and support you need to succeed.

Career Advancement: Upon successful completion of the 3-month training program and with final approval, you will be promoted to a Community Relations Associate position, based on the company's needs and your demonstrated abilities. This program is designed to develop future leaders within Belmont Village.




MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Associate's Degree from an accredited institution (or higher) preferred.

Prior sales or leasing experience highly preferred.

Prior experience working in Senior Living or with an older adult population is preferred.

You'll receive personalized support from a dedicated mentor/preceptor throughout this paid training program. While this structure provides invaluable guidance, we also emphasize the importance of self-directed learning. Participants are expected to actively drive their own learning, seek out opportunities to apply new skills, and fully leverage the resources and guidance provided during this unique training period.

Proficient in workplace technology, including Microsoft Office Suite, basic computer troubleshooting, internet navigation, and video conferencing, and the ability to rapidly learn other new technological systems

Ability to work flexible schedules in a 24 hour operation including early mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays.

Must be able to communicate effectively in written and verbal English

Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operation of the community
