Maximise each sales opportunity by determining individuals requirements to achieve results
Create reservations for experiences and accommodation, confirming bookings
Influence guests with your passion to book a 'must see' experience
Deliver exceptional guest experience, including answering general enquiries
Demonstrate expert knowledge to effectively sell RealNZ experiences
Coordinate passenger manifests, ticketing and itineraries
