ABOUT THE ROLE:
Due to our continued growth trajectory, we are looking for a Sales Consultant to join our high-performing team. This role is suited to a driven, customer-centric professional who thrives in a luxury retail environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional, personalized purchasing experience. You will act as a trusted brand ambassador, guiding clients through their ownership journey while delivering premium service aligned with the prestige standards of the brands we represent.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients
Deliver a personalised, end-to-end sales experience from initial enquiry to vehicle delivery
Present and demonstrate premium vehicles with expert product knowledge
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets while maintaining brand integrity
Manage customer leads, follow-ups, and pipeline activity using CRM systems
Coordinate vehicle handovers to ensure a seamless and memorable customer experience
Ensure compliance with dealership processes, manufacturer standards, and regulatory requirements
Collaborate closely with Finance & Insurance, Service, and Delivery teams
Represent the brand with professionalism in all customer interactions
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSESS THE FOLLOWING:
Proven experience in automotive sales or luxury retail (automotive preferred)
Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
A polished, professional presentation and communication style
A customer-first mindset with a passion for premium brands
Results-driven approach with strong negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment
Valid driver’s licence
Experience with CRM systems and digital sales tools (preferred)
