Let's Talk About Responsibilities
· Engages in good customer service by making information readily available
· Demonstrate hearing aid products and services as deemed necessary by clients and management
· Schedules appointments and meetings as necessary
· Demonstrates superior time management skills and meets sales targets
· Provides counselling, advice and information to clients and families as a part of sales strategy for hearing aids
· Answers questions from clients
· Makes product knowledge on hearing aids readily available to self and other sales people through various resources
· Provides general sales support (needs analysis, data review, and product demonstrations)
· Researches client base to find new types of customers and sells to them accordingly
· Create plans for gaining customers and then retaining them based on warranties or guarantees
• Prepare periodic forecasts and progress updates toward sales goals
Let's Talk About Qualifications And Experience
· Written and Verbal Communication
· Basic Computer Literacy, Microsoft word, excel, power point
· Reasonable levels of customer care and service
• Ability to network with qualified professionals and other allied health professionals
• Ability to learn and understand new software with training
• Ability to multi-task, organise, and prioritise work
• Capability to work in a small team as well as participate in a larger group as required
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any stream
Nevertheless, all necessary training will be provided for the right candidate.
Starting pay scale: Will be based on candidates experience + Annual Bonus + Monthly sales based incentives for the right candidate
