1. Sales Strategy and Planning:
● Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets.
● Identify new business opportunities and markets for SAAS products.
● Collaborate with the leadership team to align sales strategies with overall business
objectives.
2. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
● Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries.
● Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutions.
● Present TruScholar's products and services effectively to potential clients.
1. Sales Operations:
● Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
● Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
● Collaborate with the sales support team to ensure smooth implementation of solutions.
2. Remote Work and Business Travel:
● Ability to work remotely while maintaining high productivity and achieving sales targets.
● Travel to Mumbai and Delhi as needed for business meetings, client presentations, and
conferences.
3. Communication and Reporting:
● Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and internal teams.
● Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and achievements.
Requirements:
● Proven experience (1-4 years) in B2B SAAS-based product sales.
● Excellent communication and presentation skills.
● Strong negotiation and closing skills.
● Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
● MBA or equivalent educational background preferred.
● Willingness to travel for business meetings and conferences.
● Familiarity with the educational technology sector is a plus.
