La Mer, the luxury skincare brand, formerly known as Creme de la Mer are seeking skincare experts for their team based within Heathrow Airport. The roles are based within the World Duty Free stores on the La Mer counters.
If you have experience of selling or working with luxury skincare products, then this may be a role for you. La Mer have a number of iconic products, including the world reknowned Rich Cream, as well as an amazing new Night cream just launching! This is the height of luxury selling and you would be expected to have passion and knowledge of skincare brands.
The role is centred around excellence in service, you must be committed to delivering expert standards of customer service, this would be assessed at interview stage. You should be able to demonstrate your knowledge and create advanced levels of service for passengers.

What is involved?
• Deliver exceptional, high-touch client services with personalized product recommendations.
• Meet individual sales goals and KPIs target through the use of La Mer brand knowledge and performance of La Mer Service Ritual with every client, being able to make personalised recommendations.
• Promote and maintain the La Mer brand image and personify the La Mer Service Mission and Values.
• Participate in La Mer education seminars and coaching to gain knowledge of the unique brand history and story of La Mer products.
• Assist in maintaining the Counter/store environment and daily counter operations
Ideal candidates will have:
• Proven track record of excellent client service within a luxury brand
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Experience in a cosmetics/luxury environment and skin care preferred
• 2 years of retail experience
• Superb communication skills in person and on the phone
• Impeccable service standards and a luxury shopping experience for each client according to the La Mer Luxury
