Our Sunshine Branch is expanding, and we're looking for a passionate and driven Sales Consultant to join our team to grow the footprint of John Deere Compact Construction Equipment.
In this role, you'll bring your expertise, energy, and a customer-focused approach to a team dedicated to delivering world-class service and solutions.
We're looking for someone who is passionate, driven, and committed to contributing to both our current success and future growth in a dynamic industry.

What does the role look like?
Promoting sales to existing clients.
Identifying new potential customers and developing relationships.
Travelling within your sales territory and providing demonstrations on products
Providing post-sales support.
Consult with customers to understand their needs and propose viable solutions.
Keeping up to date on product knowledge for the equipment that we offer.
Responsible for maintaining existing client relationships, acquiring new customers, and building the business.
Act as an advisor to customers, understanding what they need, advising on possible solutions and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
This position will require frequent travel.

An understanding of the industry and how compact construction equipment supports businesses.
The ability to grow sales within a specified sales territory.
Organisation skills are a must-have.
The ability to balance multiple tasks and priorities.
A strong communicator with the skill to effectively influence others.
