About The Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Execute customer service activities such as answering inquiries, providing consultation, and guiding customers through the sales process
• Learn and understand product information and features to provide customers with informed recommendations and advice
• Utilize customer relationship management software (CRM) to maintain relationships with customers
• Track sales and customer data to identify trends and insights, and recommend better sales strategies
• Assist in the development and improvement of sales processes and procedures
