We are looking for a Sales Consultant with a proven track record in channel selling and excellent business acumen to join our Global Sales Organization. This role will be responsible for liaising with internal and external stakeholders to scale our global partnerships. The successful candidate should be able to drive and improve our existing channel to achieve and maximize pipeline and revenue goals.

You Have:
• 5+ years of experience in selling IT products
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in selling to North America
• Experience selling in the Software Development Tools via channel partnerships (added advantage)
• Executed win-win negotiating strategies to maximize enhancing customer relationships
• Experience in delivering Product demonstration would be an added advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
What you’ll do:
• Achieves assigned sales quota in designated partner accounts
• Proactively identify, develop, and drive longer-term strategies and initiatives that will deliver rapid business growth regionally in conjunction with channel partners
• Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts
• Establishes productive, professional relationships with our assigned partner accounts
• Act as a liaison between the organization and assigned channel partners
• Manages potential channel conflict by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement
• Ensures partner compliance with Channel Partner programs and agreements
• Identify potential growth accounts and upsell/cross sell Replicon’s solutions to expand the account
