This role involves managing and optimizing Microsoft programs driving impactful client engagements , craft winning business strategies, create standout proposals , and ensure smooth collaboration between our sales and delivery teams—all while making a real impact on our growth journey. What You’ll Do: Microsoft Program Management: Manage and optimize Microsoft programs, portals, and technologies within the client portfolio. Business Development: Develop and execute business development plans in collaboration with the sales team. Identify, research, and establish relationships with potential clients. Client Engagement & Proposals: Meet with clients to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions. Create and deliver impactful presentations and proposals that highlight value and benefits. Data-Driven Strategy: Analyze customer and competitor data to inform strategic decisions. Provide management with detailed reports, forecasts, and KPIs. Implementation Support: Coordinate with implementation teams for smooth sales-to-delivery transitions. Ensure all requirements are documented and aligned with client needs. Process Improvement: Design and implement policies and workflows to support business objectives. Proactive Leadership: Foster teamwork, maintain client and internal relationships, and demonstrate proactive problem-solving.
