Sales Coordinator

Join the busy internal sales team at BPO and REO Institute LLC as a Sales Coordinator.
Responsibilities
• Manage incoming enquiries to produce quotations and project coordination.
• Follow up on sales enquiries to secure project sales, handling both small and large projects.
• Manage and pursue multiple enquiries related to mechanical fabrication, manufacturing, and engineering‑biased construction for customers across the UK.
• Coordinate and follow up on enquiries, communicating with customers, contractors and suppliers.
• Provide quick sales results with no cold calling; all enquiries are pre‑made.

Location

East Sussex – based near Eastbourne. Ideal candidates live in or near Lewes, Hailsham, Eastbourne, Bexhill, Brighton, Polegate, Seahaven, Horam, Uckfield or surrounding areas.
Candidate Requirements
• Experience working in a sales office, speaking to customers, understanding needs, supplying quotes/estimates, and following up to confirm sales.
• Strong communication skills and motivation.
• Local to the Eastbourne/Polegate/Hailsham area.
• Background as sales executive, sales coordinator, internal sales engineer, project sales administrator, sales technician, business development manager, or similar.
