JOB ROLE
We at Vian Properties are looking for Dynamic, Energetic, and Enthusiastic Sales Coordinators with at least 1-3 years of experience, to join our Pre-Sales team. The coordinator will be the initial point of contact with the customer to the point where the customer has been acquired i.e. sale is made. You will work in a high-paced team environment.
You will be based in Hyderabad and will report to the Sales Head
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ability to understand and analyze the customer's requirements
• Experience as a tele caller will be an added advantage
• Providing all the Project details through Phone, E-Mail and WhatsApp
• Ensuring customer’s site visits through regular Follow-ups
• Coordinating with the sales team after site visits and updating & maintaining daily/weekly and monthly reports in excel
• Maintain Competition & Market Knowledge
• Ensure timely updates on the sales pipeline on the system. Submit any other reports and updates as required by the reporting...
