Sales Coordinator
Email Review, Discussion on Critical Delivery for the Day, Order punching on daily basis, agreed delivery date confirmation on daily basis, Inspection report updating, Delivery Dates for new orders, Review of Payment Plan, Target for Payment, Debit Note Verification, Dispatch Details / GR to Be shared on WhatsApp, payment adjustment in due sheet, Shortage/Rejection/ Cut Sizes follow up, Delivery Dates for New orders, Price Updating.
1. Handling orders by phone, email, or mail WhatsApp and checking the orders have the correct prices, and product numbers.
2. Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material.
3. Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events.
4. Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
5. Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
6. Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.
7. Hiring and training sales staff and ensuring staff meets their quotas and goals.
8. Managing budgets for expenses like bonuses, marketing, and travel.

10. Ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and policies.
