Full–time
• To Co-ordinate with all India Sales Teams for their Day to Day Activity and Reporting.
• To Support Sales Team with regards to their requirements, queries, issues, Catalogues, Sales promotions etc.
• To Implement CRM Software Sales Mantra & Ensure Sales Team marks their attendance, enters their projections, Daily Reports in CRM.
• Issuance of Warranty Certificate, Test Certificates, etc to Clients and maintaing records of same.
• To keep track on day to day sales, preparing MIS Reports such as Sales Vs Targets, Product wise Sales Analysis, etc.
• To handle incoming calls related to enquiries and should be responded to the satisfaction of customers.
• To maintain a register for all incoming enquires along with other details like name of executive to whom the enquiry is passed, status of enquires, etc.
