good computer skills
excellent working knowledge of Advanced Excel, Word, Outlook
ability to type and enter data with good speed and accuracy
processing request for quotations and offers, accurately and timely
submission of online tenders on PSU websites. Presales order and post sales order
responding to customer queries related to offers
processing orders timely & accurately
correspond and follow up with principals for timely execution of orders
follow up with customer for required documents and confirmations to ensure smooth execution of order
to record and update all MIS related to sales process.
