Full Job Description
1. Provides timely proposal and quotes requested pursuant to terms of customer
2. Manage a database of potential customers and contact them
3. Work on New leads and opportunity and follow up with client till closer.
4. Vendor registration in major accounts
5. Manages renewal of all contracts for Kaseya & pitching new licenses and services like AMC, FMS, IT-Audit, CCTV AMC, AV AMC, Network AMC, Firewall licenses.
6. Scheduling meeting appointment with clients.
7. Managing sales activity.
8. Meeting with client as an when require.
+. Handling all Kaseya related queries.
10. Collection of payments on time through proper follow ups.
11. Record details of every sales transection in the CRM and submit weekly reports.
12. Negotiating on price with vendor and customer.
13. Coordinate with customer and vendors.
14. Pitching products and services.
15. Maintaining and developing relationship with existing customer in person via telephone calls and meeting.
16. Developing and maintaining a good relationship with client and vendors.
